Because many of our products are handmade, small variations in texture, finish, wood grain, handle color, blade finish, engraving, and packaging may occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.
We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations beyond what is clearly described on the product page.

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, product availability, and review.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
Orders may be modified or canceled only if production has not started and the order has not shipped.
Custom, personalized, engraved, or made to order products cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders require processing time before shipment.
Processing time: 7 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed
Shipping time within the United States: 5 to 10 business days after shipment
Total estimated delivery time: 12 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email where available.
If a shipment appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, customers should contact us at support@monterro.us so we can review the situation.
