Processing Time

Most of our products are handmade or prepared to order.

Estimated processing time: 7 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume, product type, customization, or production schedule. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Locations

  • United States: We ship to all U.S. states.
  • International shipping: International shipping may be available for selected orders. Availability, delivery time, customs fees, and import duties depend on the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Processing time: 7 to 10 business days
Shipping time within the United States: 5 to 10 business days after shipment
Total estimated delivery time: 12 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.


Orders in Transit

If your tracking shows that your package is in transit, it means your order is moving through the carrier network.

An order that is actively moving through the carrier network is not considered lost.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us at support@monterro.us and we will review the situation.


Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless clearly stated at checkout.


Issues with Your Shipment

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.


Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will work with you on a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

All products are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and comply with your local laws.
